'It’s all started on the 6th. Grade class, when my art teacher came holding a painting I did, showing it to the class mates and proudly saying: “This is what I call an Art!! “…. The effect of his words was great on me… From that day I started looking around for subjects to paint... Later on I started reading about art and techniques… When I graduated from school, I wanted to specialize in higher education of art, which faced by the non-approval of my parents: “Art is no good for your future, it will not bring you money to live”… I think they got the heart of the truth!!! So I went to university, specialized in Economics as a major, Accounting as a minor, and worked on Computer field after graduation!!!! As I built myself and succeeded in Computer programming - by day and night study - I did the same with Art, going to libraries, searching books, reading articles, attending lectures, and trying to correct and approve my on-paper mistakes… I found myself in charcoal and water colours… I did some exhibitions with other artists, sold most of my paintings and drawings for the benefit of social societies and activities… It was a killing matter loosing all the photos of my old exhibitions during my transportation after the Gulf war!!!!'
